My Cleaning Team is a residential cleaning company serving Northern Virginia & Washington, DC. We built the business around two things homeowners tell us matter most: knowing the price before anyone walks through the door, and getting the same result on every visit. You price your cleaning online, choose an arrival window that fits your day, and your team arrives with its own supplies and works from a fixed room-by-room checklist.
How we work
- One checklist, every visit. Kitchens, bathrooms, dusting and floors follow the same sequence so results do not drift from one cleaning to the next.
- Supplies and equipment included. Your team brings everything needed for the service you booked. Prefer plant-based, low-scent products? Add the eco-friendly request while booking, or ask us to use products you already own.
- Transparent pricing. The estimate you see online is based on bedrooms, bathrooms, service type and the extras you choose — not a vague range. Extra time is never added without your approval.
- Flexible arrival windows. Choose 9:00–11:00 AM, 1:00–3:00 PM or 4:00–7:00 PM. The window is when the team arrives, not a fixed finish time.
- Local support. Call or text a real person during monday – saturday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm when plans change.

Satisfaction
Draft policy: if something was missed, let us know within 24 hours and we will arrange a return visit to re-clean the area. Final terms to be confirmed by the owner.
Cancellation
Draft policy: reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival window. Changes inside 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Final terms to be confirmed by the owner.
Refunds
