How the cleaning works

Book after the trades are finished
The final pass only holds if sanding, cutting and painting are complete and debris has been removed from the space.
- Step 2
Rough pass
Bulk dust and residue are removed from ceilings down, including vents, trim, ledges and fixtures.
- Step 3
Detail pass
Once airborne dust resettles, surfaces are worked again and floors are cleaned by material type.
